Welcome to Earth Science 6A

Hello and welcome to 6th Grade Earth Science! My name is Mr. Hantman, and I’m excited to be your teacher this year. I’ve been teaching for over 25 years and have always loved exploring the wonders of our planet. When I’m not in the classroom, I enjoy woodworking, music, and spending time outdoors. In this course, we’ll dive into fascinating topics like volcanoes, earthquakes, weather, rocks, and the solar system. My goal is to help you become curious, confident scientists who ask questions, make observations, and enjoy learning about the world around you. Let’s get ready for an exciting journey together!
