About

I’ve spent my career making learning clearer, more engaging, and more useful.

My path runs from classroom teaching and psychology to instructional design, interactive software, AI-enabled workflows, and multimedia production. The tools have changed. The purpose has not: help people understand, act, and grow.

Educator’s judgment. Builder’s mindset.

More than 25 years in education taught me to begin with the learner, not the technology. I look for the real barrier—confusion, friction, motivation, access, or workflow—and then design the smallest useful system that can move it.

That work might become a browser-based simulation, an AI-supported classroom workflow, a multimedia experience, or a set of tools that helps an organization adopt a new capability with confidence.

I’m especially interested in roles where learning strategy and hands-on making belong in the same job: learning experience design, educational technology, AI enablement, interactive learning products, and digital transformation.

Working principles

What stays true across the work.

Start with people

Understand audience, context, constraints, and the behavior the experience needs to support.

Make thinking visible

Use prototypes, diagrams, stories, and real interactions so ideas can be tested instead of merely discussed.

Keep a human in the loop

AI accelerates exploration and production; professional judgment remains responsible for accuracy, quality, and care.

Iterate toward usefulness

Test, observe, refine, and redesign. A working experience matters more than a perfect first concept.
