The challenge

Fully remote teaching combines curriculum planning, family communication, assessment, student support, multimedia production, website upkeep, and administrative work. Hand-offs between tools and repeated drafting created friction across the day.

The approach

Instead of treating AI as a collection of one-off prompts, the work connected it to repeatable stages of the instructional workflow: research, planning, drafting, critique, production, and refinement.

Human review remained responsible for instructional quality, accuracy, context, and final decisions.

Why this is an enablement story

The project demonstrates adoption through practice: identify repeatable work, decide where AI can reduce friction, preserve professional judgment, document the pattern, and refine it after use.

The next portfolio version should make that system visible through a workflow diagram and two or three before/after examples rather than a long list of tools.

Evidence status: Workflow descriptions are supported by the current public site. Time savings, quality improvements, and adoption outcomes have not been quantified and should not be claimed without evidence.
